After life as a New York model and a Manhattan movie mogul spouse, renowned Instructor Scott Schneider taught high and low impact aerobic classes for over twenty years and has taught Hatha Yoga for ten years.  Once personal trainer to celebrities in LA, Scott has been toning Boulder County bodies since 1997. Classes reflect her accumulated wisdom on combining Yoga and more traditional exercise regimes.

Class sizes range up to around twelve people depending on location and time. Clients range from cubicle-confined desk jockeys, to models, to students, to parents young and old, to local business and civic leaders.

The first class is complimentary. Subsequent classes are $10 per session.
